This article is intended for sales reps and admins that have questions related to why they are able to see all customer orders and order history. Some companies do like giving the option for sales reps to view all order history, however, if you do not want your sales reps having access to all customer order history, then follow these steps to have that information removed from their iPad.
How to ensure only sales rep can view orders that they wrote
If a sales rep is seeing orders from other customers they are not assigned, that means they have admin access on their iPad. You will need to go into WebManager → Sales Reps → View/Edit Sales Reps → and update their sales rep profile to be marked as 'false' with the admin feature. The recent history should actually only show for other admin users, unless the sales rep wrote the order, or it was written on that same iPad.
You will need to have the sales rep log out of their current session on their iPad, as making that change within WebManager is not a real-time update for the sales rep if they have a current session open.
In conclusion, make sure you are only giving admin access to sales reps that need that kind of permission. Once you give them that access level, they will need to be completely logged out before any changes to those permissions can go into effect.
