Real-Time Orders are orders in progress and may also be referred to as an open cart. When a rep, or customer, does not submit an order, it becomes an unsubmitted order, or an abandoned cart. Nearly 70% of e-commerce shoppers abandon their carts for all sorts of reasons before checking out.
Brand admins can access all real-time orders within WebManager > Orders > Real-Time Orders. Use real-time orders as a starting point only. It's important to note they aren't an absolute assurance of 100% accuracy. We do not recommend that you rely solely on the accuracy of the real-time orders section when reviewing.

The "Real-Time Orders" section allows you to review all unsubmitted orders for your brand and follow-up with sales reps on submitting those open carts. While not all abandoned carts will become submitted orders, you have the ability to target those reps specifically to drive sales results.
Here's how → Use the button to send a targeted email to your sales rep. Within the Order Inquiry pop-up, enter a catchy subject and compelling email body content to drive your buyer back into the app and submit their order(s). See example below.
As an admin, you can submit or delete a real-time order on behalf of a rep from here as well. To do so, click on the customer and then click "Place Order" to submit or "Delete" to delete the unsubmitted order. Once deleted, an unsubmitted order cannot be retrieved.

Q. As an admin, can I edit an unsubmitted or real-time order?
A. No, orders cannot be edited within the real-time orders screen. However, you can edit an order in WebManager > Orders > View Orders.
Q. What happens if a rep deletes an unsubmitted order by mistake?
A. Exercise caution when deleting an unsubmitted order, as it cannot be undone or retrieved.
Q. My rep purchased a new device, will unsubmitted orders be transferred to the new device?
A. No, unsubmitted orders remain only on the device in which they were created.
Q. I deleted the RepZio app and reinstalled, what happened to my unsubmitted orders?
A. Prior to deleting and/or reinstalling the RepZio app, unsubmitted orders should be emailed and/or submitted prior as once the app is deleted, they cannot be retrieved. Please note: prior to deleting and reinstalling the RepZio, iCloud Backup should be disabled.
Q. Can I customize the abandoned cart email sent to a rep?
A. While you are unable to customize the full email, you are able to add an exciting subject line to catch a reps attention and any compelling comments or instructions for reps to submit orders. Click the "Email Rep" button to add a subject and comments to in the email.
Q. Are the real-time order emails automated?
A. At this time, there is no automation on sending targeted emails for real-time orders. Admins can generate emails individually within WebManager.
