In order to use certain features in the RepZio iOS App an email account must be set up in the Mail App on the iPhone or iPad.
RepZio depends on the Mail Account being setup properly to email copies of orders, to send files, tear sheets, etc. If your Mail Account is not setup properly, you will be unable to complete certain tasks such as emailing copies of orders, etc.
Setup An Email Account Automatically
Follow the steps below to setup an email account.

Go to Settings
Step 2
Scroll all the way down to the bottom and tap Apps
Step 3
Tap Mail
Step 4
Tap Mail Accounts
Step 5
Tap Add Account
- Select your email provider
- Enter your email address and password
- You may be prompted to use your finger print or facial recognition to enter your email address and password.
- Depending on your email provider, you may be prompted to proceed by tapping "Next", "Continue", etc.
- Follow any additional prompts according to your email provider
If you don't see your email provider, tap Other to add your account manually.
Setup Email Account Manually
If you need to set up your email account manually, make sure that you know the email settings for your account. If you don’t know them, you can look them up or contact your email provider. Then follow these steps:

Enter your name, email address, password, and a description for your account
Follow any additional prompts according to your email provider.

Q. Why am I unable to send email copies?
A. You may be unable to send email copies, tear sheets, send files, etc. if your email account is not setup properly or you may have become logged out of the email account. Open the Settings App and follow the prompts above to ensure you are signed in and setup properly.
Q. Am I able to use an alternative "mail app" provider instead of Apple Mail?
A. No, the only option currently is to use Apple Mail. If you do not use Apple Mail, certain features such as emailing copies of an order, send files, and tear sheets may not work on your device.
