Customers may have multiple addresses where they need their orders shipped. Make shipping easier by pre-uploading shipping addresses in WebManager.
To upload additional Ship-To addresses, you must already have customers loaded into the system. Once customers are in place, use the Import Ship-To Template to load their additional shipping addresses.
From there, you’ll be able to view and edit multiple shipping locations for each customer directly within the system—similar to how edits work in the Products Quick Edit and Edit Customers sections.
👉 For larger updates, we recommend using the Import Ship-To Template rather than making changes manually.
Additionally, sales reps using the RepZio app can add Ship-To addresses on the go, and customers using our B2B Direct platform can manage Ship-To addresses directly on the website.
🔹 Note: The ShopZio platform does not support multiple Ship-To addresses.
Edit Ship To Addresses
Follow these steps to update an address:

Click the cell you wish to edit
Step 2
Enter the new information
Step 3
Click outside the cell
Step 4
Then, click the red Save Changes button
🚨 Don’t forget: once your changes are saved, you’ll need to Push Data Live to update the app with the latest shipping info.
