Data Validation settings allow the WebManager to determine what information is required from your Sales Reps when they are creating Customers and/or placing Orders. Simply toggle the boxes next to the pieces of information you want to requre your Sales Reps to fill out before they can create Customers and submit orders. Keep in mind the more you require, the longer it takes for your Sales Rep to enter that information. For instance: you might just want to require a few pieces of Customer information so your Reps can quickly create a new Customer and immediately start writing the Order.
