Once a B2B registration is accepted that user becomes what is known as a Site User. B2B Site Users can be added and managed here in this section.
The Site Users list contains current customers stats such as customer name, username, company name, customer number, and date created.
1. Add a New Site User by clicking on the green add user icon on the right.
2. Site User passwords can be reset from here as well using the "Reset Password" icon to the right of the individual user accounts and listed below the "Actions" header.
3. By clicking on the Customer Name or the icon directly to the left of the Customer Name which resembles a person, you will access more specific information about the customer as well as other tools.
Listed under the Customer Details header on the right, you will find the customer that the B2B Site User is associated with in RepZio, as well as address, phone number, and email address. Below that, the Customer # and Price Level the customer is assigned to is listed.
Website Access for the Site User can be revoked by clicking on the grey circle with the dash inside it, adjacent to the site user's name.
You also have the ability to log into the website as the user by clicking on the blue "Sign in as Customer" button located in the upper right. This is a great option to have when trying to help a customer troubleshoot an issue they may be having on your site.
