Keeping customer records up to date is crucial for smooth business operations. RepZio offers two primary methods for updating customer records:

Edit Customers function within the WebManager
Accessing the Edit Customers Interface
Follow these steps to access your customer list:
Step 1: Log into WebManager
Step 2: Navigate to Customers
Step 3: Select Edit Customers
Column headers such as Customer Name and IsDeleted mirror those in the Import Customers Template. Each column includes filter options to help you quickly locate specific records.
Making Edits
To modify customer information:
Step 1: Click directly on the cell you wish to edit
Step 2: Enter the updated information
Step 3: Click outside the cell. A red marker will appear in the upper-left corner, indicating the cell has been modified but not yet saved
Step 4: Click the red Save Changes button to save your updates
Step 5: To discard changes, refresh your browser
Step 6: Once youβre satisfied with your updates, click the green Push Data Live button to publish them
πΉ Note: Before making extensive edits, we recommend exporting your current customer data as a backup.
Go to Manage Data > Export Data > Export Customers
Adding a Customer
There are multiple ways to add new customers into the system:

RepZio App: Sales reps can create new customers directly in the app

ShopZio: Buyers (aka customers) sign up and connect with each brand

B2B Direct: Customers join via your website
For bulk customer creation, use the Import Customers Template and upload via:
WebManager > Manage Data > Upload Data Sheets > Customers
You can also manually create customers in:
WebManager > Customers > Add Customer
Merging Customers
Admins can merge customers either directly in WebManager or by using the Import Customer Merge Template.

Managing Duplicate Customers
Aim to keep duplicate customer records at zero. If duplicates appear, check the boxes next to each one, then use the merge function to combine them.
