Customer Special Pricing allows you to create temporary pricing conditions for specific customers and products.
To use this feature, download and complete the Import Customer Special Pricing template. This template lets you review and make minor edits to special pricing directly within WebManager.
To make edits in WebManager: Go to Products > Customer Special Pricing.
The Customer Special Pricing Template includes the following columns:

Customer Number: A unique identifier for the customer. This value must match what's listed in WebManager and must be included for each item receiving special pricing. Note: This field cannot be edited within WebManager.

ItemID: Identifies each product you’re assigning special pricing to. This field cannot be edited within WebManager.

Special Price: The temporary price set for the product. This field can be edited in WebManager.

Start Date: The date the special price becomes effective. Format: MM/DD/YYYY. This field can be edited in WebManager.

End Date: The date the special price expires. Format: MM/DD/YYYY. This field can be edited in WebManager.

Is Deleted: Indicates whether the special pricing is active. This field can be edited in WebManager.

Enter False to activate the special pricing.

Enter True to deactivate the special pricing.

Enable Customer Special Pricing
To display special pricing in the app, you must first enable it within WebManager.
Navigate to: WebManager > Settings > RepZio App Settings > Pricing Customization.
If Customer Special Pricing is not enabled, the system will default to the assigned price level.

Q: Can I create Customer Special Pricing directly within WebManager?

Q: Is Customer Special Pricing the same as Special Price?
A: No. Customer Special Pricing applies a custom price for a specific product and customer, with defined start and end dates.
Special Price, on the other hand, is typically used for general sales or markdowns, not customer-specific pricing.
🔹 Note: Customer Special Pricing will override the assigned price level and will display as the actual item price. Customers will only see the special pricing you’ve configured.

A: Customer Special Pricing is shown as the product’s current price to front-end users, with no visible reference to the original or standard price.
