Our product suite supports payment processing through PayPal’s Payflow gateway. This guide outlines what you need from PayPal and how to get started.
Sign Up For PayPal Payments Pro
If you already have a PayPal Business account, you'll need to upgrade with a merchant account for credit card processing.
PayPal’s merchant account solution is called PayPal Payments Pro, and its associated payment gateway is called Payflow.
RepZio is fully integrated with the Payflow gateway, so all you’ll need to get started are your Payflow gateway credentials.
How to Obtain Payflow Credentials
Once you've signed up for PayPal Payments Pro, follow these steps to access your Payflow Manager portal and collect your credentials:

Go to the Payflow Manager login page.

Log in using your PayPal Business email and password (right-hand side).

On your first login, you’ll be asked to link your PayPal and Payflow accounts.

Once linked, you can log in using either PayPal or Payflow credentials.

Click "Activate Your Account" under Your Account Status and follow the prompts.

When prompted:

Create your Vendor/Merchant Login ID

Set your Payflow password

Add PayPal Payflow Services and complete the form accurately.

You’ll receive a confirmation email from
payflow-support@paypal.com
.
✅ Save this email! It contains your login ID and key setup links.
Required Credentials for RepZio Integration
In your Payflow Manager, locate the following credentials for RepZio setup:

🔒 Note: Leave the
USER
field blank when logging into PayPal Manager, but it is required in WebManager.

Finalize Setup in WebManager
Once your Universal Token Service has been enabled by our Support Team, follow the steps below:

Q: I entered my credentials, but payments aren’t going through. What should I check?
A: Double-check that all credential fields are case-sensitive and entered correctly. Make sure the USER
field in WebManager matches the Payflow user or is left blank if you did not create a separate user in Payflow Manager.
Q: How can I test if my Payflow gateway is working correctly before going live?
A: You can process a test transaction using PayPal’s sandbox environment. Contact PayPal to request sandbox credentials.
Q: What if I forgot my Payflow login credentials?
A: Visit Payflow Manager Login and use the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Login” options. For additional help, call Payflow Support at 1-877-455-1505.
Q: Can I use another payment gateway besides Payflow?
A: At this time, our systems are integrated with PayPal’s Payflow gateway.
Q: Do I need to charge the card manually after the order is placed?
A: Yes, credit cards are authorised when the buyer submits the order. You’ll need to manually charge the card in WebManager by opening the order and clicking “Charge Credit Card Ending In…”.
