Q. Why do I not see the star icon?
A. The star icon only appears on the client page once the product has been previously ordered.
Q. Is an admin able to set up the star for specific items?
A. No, the star will only appear once a rep completes an order for an item.
Q. What is the difference between the star icon, bookmarks, and tags?
A. See below:
Star Icon - automatically appears after a rep has submitted an order for an item. It's personal to each rep and cannot be set by an admin.
Bookmarks - manually added by a rep, typically for emailing product tear sheets to customers. Can be added or removed at anytime.
Tags - created by an admin to highlight specific products, such as best sellers or sale items. Tags appear across our platforms (RepZio iPad App and B2B Direct).
