Getting a new device is always exciting—faster performance, better battery life, and the latest features! Or maybe you’re reinstalling the app to troubleshoot an issue. Either way, we’ve got a few important reminders to ensure a smooth transition and the best experience with the RepZio app.
✅ Before You Begin
Submit All Unsubmitted Orders
Before switching devices or reinstalling RepZio, make sure to submit or email all unsubmitted orders from your current device.
⚠️ Important: Orders that are unsubmitted will not transfer to a new device, and they will be permanently deleted if the app is removed.
💡Tech Tip: Email yourself copies of any pending orders before deleting the app or installing it on a new device.
Disable iCloud Backup
Disabling iCloud backup improves app performance and ensures RepZio data syncs correctly.
To disable and delete old backups:
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Tap your name at the top > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Backups
Step 3: Select the backup labeled “This iPad” or “This iPhone”
Step 4: Tap Show All Apps (if needed), then scroll to find RepZio
Step 5: Turn OFF backup for RepZio (toggle turns white)
Step 6: When prompted, tap Delete to remove backup data from iCloud
💡Tech Tip: Make sure iCloud backup stays disabled after reinstalling the app for optimal performance.
🗑️ Delete the RepZio App
To delete RepZio from your device:
Step 1: Press and hold the RepZio app icon until it wiggles or a menu appears
Step 2: Tap Remove App > Delete App > Confirm by tapping Delete
📥 Reinstall or Install on a New Device
To install RepZio:
Step 1: Open the App Store
Step 2: Search for "RepZio Sales Rep Software"
Step 3: Tap Get to download, or the cloud icon if reinstalling
🔄 If you see “Open” instead, double-check that the app was deleted before trying again. Once installed, RepZio will appear on your home screen.
🔄 Disable iCloud Backup Again
Your device may re-enable iCloud backup after installation. To prevent future issues:
