Restarting the RepZio App
If the RepZio App isn’t responding, you can force it to "restart" by following the steps below:
- Press the Home button on your iPad two times quickly. Small previews of your recently used apps will appear
- Locate and swipe up on the RepZio App preview to close it
- Click the Home button on your iPad once to exit the app preview screen
- Re-open the RepZio App and log in with your username and password
Generally, there's no need to force an app to close and restart unless it's unresponsive. When you press the Home button two times quickly, the recently used apps that appear aren't open. They're in an efficient standby mode to help you navigate and multitask.
