Logging into ShopZio
Follow the steps below to login on the platform.

Login in the upper right-hand corner by clicking the login button

Enter the email address and password associated with your ShopZio account

Forgot your password? Click login and then select "forgot your password" to reset it.
- A link will be sent to you via the email address entered if your email matches one in our system. Check your spam and/or junk mailboxes if you are unable to locate the email in your inbox.
- If you see the "we did not find a user for the email address" message, that means the email address you entered is not in our system as a valid ShopZio user. Go back to the home screen and register or click here or contact the brand's admin for assistance.

Q. What do I do if I am unable to login but know my email address is correct?
A. When you first register on the ShopZio platform, a verification email is sent to the email address used to register. You must verify your account prior to being able to connect with brands.
→ Check your spam and/or junk mailboxes if you do not see the email in your inbox. You must verify your account before you will be able to login.
Q. I am on the "My Account" screen and have clicked the "Explore Brands" tab but the screen only flashes and goes back to "My Account". What do I do now?
A. This happens when your account profile is not properly setup. Check that all of the areas below have been completed to proceed:
- Industry and Business Type
- Valid Business #

Contact, billing and shipping addresses are complete
- We often see that the state and/or province is missing! Double check that your billing and shipping addresses contain all information (address, city, state/province, and country)
- If any of this information is not complete, you will be unable to proceed until filled in
- Save changes and click the "Explore Brands" tab again. This should allow you to explore brands on the platform.
Q. I am unable to locate a brand on the ShopZio platform, but was advised to connect with the there. How can I connect with a brand I am unable to locate?
A. Like retail stores and other websites, brand availability on ShopZio can change. If you've been informed that a brand is on the platform but can't locate them, it might be due to restrictions on which countries buyers can connect with them. Check with the brand's admin to confirm if their Global Product Availability includes your country.
For instance, if you're in the US and the brand is in Canada and only allows orders or shipments within Canada, you won't be able to connect with them.
Q. Who do I contact if I have already requested access to a brand but the request remains pending?
A. If you've already requested access to a brand but haven't been granted access yet, you should contact the brand directly via email or phone. You can find the brand's contact information listed above the description on the request access page. Please note, our ShopZio support team is unable to approve access requests.
Q. Can I update the username / login on the account?
A. Yes. Follow the steps below to update your username:
- To update the username / login email address, first you will need to login as you normally would.
- Click My Account
- Click the pencil icon next to 'Username'
- Enter the new email address twice and click save. The changes take effect immediately
- Log out + in using the new email address. The email address change does not update your password.

A. B2B stands for business to business. ShopZio is a wholesale marketplace for sellers to connect with buyers that will then re-sale merchandise in their local store or online website anywhere in the world.
