Volume Pricing Template Overview
The Volume Pricing Template (“repzio_import_volume_pricing.xls”) is used to load the volume pricing rules for your products into RepZio. Please ensure that your volume pricing template is in .XLS or .TXT (Tab Delimited) format.
Volume pricing allows you to set special prices for a product based on the quantity of it being purchased by your customer. For example, let’s say a product’s price is $5. If a client purchases 100 of this product, then the price per product drops to $4.50. Volume pricing in RepZio allows you to configure a similar setup for all of your items.
Volume Pricing Template Fields
- ItemID - The item code or SKU of the product for which you are establishing volume pricing
- Qty - The quantity of a product that, once reached, will trigger a specific volume price
- IsPercentage - Base your Volume Pricing price breaks on a percentage of the regular price. Enter "TRUE" to enable or "FALSE" to disable.
- Percentage - Enter the percentage of the Volume Pricing price break as a whole number. As an example in this field you would enter "10" if you wanted to give 10 percent off the regular price. Note: If using the percentage option, DO NOT enter prices in the PriceLevel fields on this template.
- PriceLevel0 - The volume price (associated with a specific quantity) for your customer’s BasePrice
- PriceLevel1 - The volume price (associated with a specific quantity) for your customer’s PriceLevel1
- PriceLevel2 - The volume price (associated with a specific quantity) for your customer’s PriceLevel2
- PriceLevel3 - The volume price (associated with a specific quantity) for your customer’s PriceLevel3
- PriceLevel4 - The volume price (associated with a specific quantity) for your customer’s PriceLevel4
- PriceLevel5 - The volume price (associated with a specific quantity) for your customer’s PriceLevel5
- IsDeleted - Manages whether or not you want the volume pricing for the specific product to be active. Mark “FALSE” for it to be active, and “TRUE” for it to be inactive.
If you would like to set multiple volume pricing price breaks for a single product, you must list the product's ItemID in multiple rows on the spreadsheet. Each time it is repeated, you will need to associate a different quantity (at which the price break will occur) and the pricing that goes along with it.
