Clients Assigned to You
Clients (also known as customers) are assigned to you by a brand admin on the backend. To view and work with your assigned clients, log into the RepZio App and tap Clients .
🔹 Note: The customers listed under Clients are specifically those assigned to you. If you see customers who are not assigned to you, the brand admin may have enabled Showroom Mode or Admin Mode for your account.
While the app doesn’t explicitly display which mode you're in, you might recognise it based on the following:

Q: Why can't I see all of my customers?
A: If you're unable to see all the customers assigned to you, try logging out and logging back in to re-sync, or perform a Refresh Data to complete the sync. If you still can’t see a specific customer, they may not be assigned to you on the backend—contact your brand admin for assistance.
Q: Why do I see all customers instead of just those assigned to me?
A: If you're seeing all customers rather than only those assigned to you, it’s possible that your brand admin has enabled Showroom Mode or Admin Mode.

Q: How do I work with customers in the Web App?
A: Working with customers in the Web App (app.repzio.com) is slightly different from the iOS app. Once logged in, click the Manufacturer and then tap Clients. To use the Web App, you must be assigned at least one customer or create a new customer.
