💡 Recommended Device: For the best user experience, we recommend using an iPad running iOS 12.5.7 or newer. Newer devices provide improved performance for both the app and the device itself.
If you are unable to install the app, your device may be older than the supported versions or lacking sufficient storage space.
Downloading the RepZio iOS App
To download the RepZio iOS App, go to the App Store and search 🔎 RepZio Sales Rep Software or click the RepZio icon below.
Step 1
Tap Get to install the app. The Get button will change to Install—tap it again to begin the installation.
- If you see Open instead of Get, the app has already been installed.
- If you see the cloud download icon
instead, this means you've previously downloaded the app, but it was deleted. Tap the cloud icon to reinstall it.
- Allow the RepZio App to fully download before opening it.
📌 You may need to enter your Apple ID password to approve the download.
Login Credentials
To log into the RepZio App, your brand admin must first create your account and assign you a standard license.
- If you are new to RepZio, your admin will set up your email address and provide an initial password.
- If you do not know your username or password, contact your brand admin for assistance.
- If you represent multiple brands, it’s recommended that your admin uses the same email address you use for logging into the app for other brands. This will improve performance and enhance your overall experience with the app.
Home Screen Icons
Familiarise yourself with the icons on the home screen. If you represent multiple brands, tap on one brand to see the followings icons:

Browse | Browse categories and products without selecting a client | Product prices will not automatically display. Tap the gear icon in Browse mode to select a price level or assign a client first. | |
Clients | View clients assigned to you | Only clients assigned to you will be visible unless in Showroom or Admin Mode. | |
Add Clients | Create new clients | Complete all required fields, including a valid email address and phone number. Some brands may require additional details. | |
Recents | View recent clients, orders, and unsubmitted orders |
Useful for quickly locating unsubmitted orders when working with multiple customers. 🚨 Unsubmitted orders do NOT transfer to other devices. |

Send Files | Access brand-uploaded documents (e.g., policies, forms, spreadsheets) | Brand admins upload files into the admin portal. Files can be emailed or printed. Ensure your email is properly set up to send documents. | |
