📲 About the RepZio iOS App
RepZio is a cloud-based app designed with the iPad in mind. While it can be installed on other Apple devices, we recommend using it on an iPad for the best user experience.

🔐 Login Credentials
Your brand admin must create your account and assign you a license.

You’ll receive a username (email) and initial password from your admin.

If you don’t know your credentials, contact your brand admin.

If you represent multiple brands, using the same login email across brands improves performance and usability.
🏠 Home Screen Icons
Once logged in, the home screen displays icons that give you access to core features. If you represent multiple brands, tap a brand to view these icons:

Browse | View categories and products without selecting a client. Prices won't display unless you assign a client or set a price level via the gear icon |

Clients | View clients assigned to you. | |
Add Clients | Create a new client. | |
Recents |
Quickly access recent clients, submitted and un-submitted orders. 🚨 Unsubmitted orders do not transfer across devices. |

Send Files |
Access brand-uploaded documents (e.g. forms, spreadsheets). Make sure your device is set up for email in order to send files through the app. |

Reports | View sales metrics such as your total sales, top customers, and average order size. | |
Gear | Access to basic app settings (purchase order prefix and market name), refresh data, and download missing images. |

RepZio uses your device’s native email app to send:

📌 Make sure your email is properly set up on your device for full functionality.
🛜 WiFi Connection
As a cloud-based app, RepZio requires a strong and stable WiFi connection.
You can browse products offline, but submitting orders and syncing data requires WiFi.
To check your connection:

Swipe down from the top right of your screen to open the Control Center.

If the WiFi icon is blue, you're connected.

🔄 Syncing with RepZio
After logging in, you’ll see a Last Sync timestamp near the bottom of your screen. If you’re working with multiple brands, each will have its own sync status.

⚠️ Poor WiFi connections may lead to sync issues, such as:

Missing images

Duplicate products or categories
How to Fix a Bad Sync:

Log out and log back in.

If issues persist:

Tap the gear icon
on the brand’s home screen

Tap Refresh Data
-
📌 Make sure you’re on a stable WiFi connection before refreshing. This re-syncs all data and may take time to complete.
