Submit an Order
Follow the steps below to submit an order in the RepZio iOS or Web App.
Step 1
Log into the RepZio iOS App on iPad
Step 2
Select the manufacturer
Step 3
Tap Clients and then select the appropriate client
Alternatively, tap Browse to view products without pricing. You can assign a customer once you create an open cart.
Step 4
Tap a category to start browsing products
Step 5
Add or remove products from your cart:
- Tap the + symbol to add items
- Tap the - symbol to remove items
- Tap the quantity field to enter a specific number using the keypad
🔹 Note: Brands may require minimum or multiple quantities to be ordered.
Step 6
Tap the shopping cart icon to view your order

Review all items for accuracy

Swipe left on an item and tap Delete to remove it

Tap an item to update quantity or details
Step 7
Enter all required order information:

PO Number
-
Ship Via / Ship Date / Cancel Date

Any other applicable details
🚫 Do not enter credit card numbers in the Order Notes section. Any data that resembles a credit card number will be wiped from the Order Notes section immediately.
If a credit card is needed and the Capture Credit Card option is unavailable, contact the brand's Admin.
Ensure the billing and shipping addresses are complete and correct. A valid phone number and email address are required for all customers.
Step 8
Tap Submit Order
Step 9
Tap Yes to finalise and submit, or No to return and review the order.
Step 10
Tap Ok to confirm the order was successfully submitted
🔹 Note: The maximum number of items per order is 500. If your order exceeds 500, you'll need to remove items until you are within the limit.
