RepZio is a mobile sales application designed to streamline the sales processes for industries such as furniture, gift, home décor, and apparel. Accessible on iOS devices and through a web app, it enables sales representatives to:

RepZio App Requirements
In order to download the RepZio App, you must have access to an Apple iOS device (iPad or iPhone) that is capable of iOS 12.5.7 or greater.
Downloading the App
Follow the steps below to download and install the RepZio iOS App.

Navigate to the Apple App Store on your iPad or iPhone.

Depending on if you have installed the app previously or not, you may have one of the following options:

Q. Is RepZio available for Android devices?
A. No, the RepZio iOS App is currently only available on iOS devices, preferably iPad.
Q. I'm installing the app on a new device, is there anything special I need to do?
A. Prior to reinstalling the RepZio iOS App on an existing device, ensure iCloud backup has been disabled within the Settings App. Additionally, unsubmitted/open carts should be submitted or emailed prior to deleting the app (and then reinstalling) as open carts/unsubmitted orders are deleted once the app is deleted. This cannot be undone once deleted.
For a new device, follow the steps above to install on a new device. As a reminder, open carts do not transfer to other devices as they are native to the original device. Open carts must be submitted on the original device.
Q. How do I access the web-version of the RepZio App?
A. To access the web-version of the RepZio App, please visit app.repzio.com. The login credentials will be the same for the web-version as they are for the RepZio iOS app. If you cannot login on either device, check with your brand admin to confirm the correct email address and reset your password if necessary.
