RepZio App Requirements
In order to download the RepZio App, you must have access to a mobile Apple device that is capable of iOS 12 or greater.
Downloading the App
- Go to the App Store on your iPad / iPhone, at the bottom right notice and tap search to search for "Repzio Sales Rep Software" (Hint: Look for the magnifying glass icon)

For "Repzio Sales Rep Software" tap the Get button. If you see the "Open" button instead of a Get button, Repzio is already installed.
- The "GET" button will then display "INSTALL." Tap the button again to begin the installation process (Note: You may have to type in your Apple password to approve the download)
- Allow the RepZio App to finish downloading before attempting to access it

Q. Is RepZio available for Android devices?
A. No, the RepZio iOS App is currently only available on iOS devices, preferably iPad.
Q. I'm installing the app on a new device, is there anything special I need to do?
A. Prior to reinstalling the RepZio iOS App on an existing device, ensure iCloud backup has been disabled within the Settings App. Additionally, unsubmitted/open carts should be submitted or emailed prior to deleting the app (and then reinstalling) as open carts/unsubmitted orders are deleted once the app is deleted.
For a new device, follow the steps above to install on a new device. As a reminder, open carts do not transfer to other devices as they are native to the original device. Open carts must be submitted on the original device.
