If the brand uses Send Files, a brand admin will upload them on the backend.
🔹 Note: Send Files are only available in the RepZio iOS App for iPad and iPhone.
Send a Send File
Follow the steps below to email Send Files:
Step 1
Log into the RepZio app
Step 2
Tap the Send Files button on the brand's home screen.
iPad Only: You may also go to Clients > Orders > Send Files.
This option is not available on iPhone—use the brand’s home screen to access Send Files.
Step 3
Locate the file(s) you want to email and tap to select
✅ You can select multiple files, even from different folders.
⚠️ Email file size limitations may apply—if sending a large number of files, consider sending them across multiple emails.

Q. Why are my emails not going through?
A. If you're unable to send an email, first check that your email is set up properly in the Settings app on your device. Occasionally, you may be logged out of your email account and will need to log back in to re-establish the connection.
Q: Can I send multiple files in one email?
A: Yes, you can select multiple files to include in one email. However, if the total file size is too large, you may need to send them in separate emails due to limitations in email systems.
Q: Can I email files to multiple recipients?
A: Yes! Tap the plus symbol (➕) when composing your email to add multiple recipients.
Q: Why can’t I find a file that was uploaded?
A: Files may take 15 minutes to an hour to sync and appear in the app. Try logging out and back in to refresh your view or check with your brand admin.
Q: Why am I getting an error when opening a file?
A: If you see a message like "Oops, we had trouble viewing this file," it’s likely due to special characters in the file name. Contact your brand admin for assistance.
Q: I tapped ‘Send Files’ but nothing happens—what should I do?
A: Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure your device has a strong internet connection and that your email account is properly set up.
Q: Can I send files through the web version of RepZio?
A: No, Send Files is only available in the iOS app on iPad and iPhone.
