When reinstalling the RepZio iOS App, we strongly recommend disabling iCloud Backup, as an active backup may cause issues with the new installation.

🔒 Disable iCloud Backup

Follow these steps to ensure iCloud Backup is turned off for RepZio:

Step 1: Open the Settings app

Step 2: Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)

Step 3: Tap iCloud

Step 4: Tap Storage

Step 5: Tap Backups

Step 6: Select This iPad or This iPhone

Step 7: Wait for the app list to load, then tap Show All Apps if needed

Step 8: Find RepZio and toggle it off

To delete the app from your device:

Step 1: Press and hold the RepZio app icon

Step 2: In the pop-up, tap Remove App

Step 3: Then select Delete App > Delete
