Apps may be reinstalled for a variety of reasons—most commonly to give the app another try, access specific content, fix bugs, or recover from accidental deletion. Other reasons include switching devices, freeing up storage, or resolving app conflicts. Sometimes, iOS will also offload unused apps automatically, which can prompt a reinstall.
When reinstalling the RepZio iOS App, we strongly recommend disabling iCloud Backup, as an active backup may cause issues with the new installation.
💡 Before you begin: Be sure to submit or email any unsubmitted orders, as they will be lost when the app is deleted.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why do I need to disable iCloud Backup before reinstalling RepZio?
A: iCloud may store outdated app data that can conflict with the fresh installation. Disabling backup ensures you're installing a clean version of the app, which helps avoid errors or crashes.
Q: What happens if I don’t disable iCloud backup?
A: You may experience syncing issues, app crashes, or find that problems persist even after reinstalling. That’s because iCloud might restore the same corrupted data during reinstallation.
Q: Will I lose my orders if I delete the app?
A: Yes—any orders that haven’t been submitted or emailed will be permanently deleted when the app is removed. Always double-check and submit or export your orders before uninstalling.
Q: I reinstalled the app but it still won’t open. What should I do?
A: Try force restarting your device and ensure both iOS and RepZio are fully updated. If the issue continues, double-check that iCloud backup is disabled and reinstall the app again.
Q: I deleted the app, but the App Store still says “Open.” Why?
A: The app might not have been fully removed from your device. Repeat the delete steps, then restart your device before reinstalling from the App Store.
Q: Do I need to reinstall the app often?
A: No, reinstalling should only be used as a last resort when other troubleshooting steps (like restarting, updating, or clearing space) haven’t resolved the issue.
⚠️ Important: After reinstalling, Apple may automatically re-enable iCloud backup. Be sure to repeat the steps in the “Disable iCloud Backup” section to turn it off again.
