There are times when a customer may have more than one shipping address. You can add additional ShipTo addresses for a customer right from the iPad. Let's show you how!
From the Order Preview screen within an open order do the following:
- Tap the settings icon in the upper right
- Select "Edit Client"
- Next to Shipping Addresses, press "Add Shipping Address"
- Enter the new ShipTo info
- You also have the option to make this address the default Shipping Address
- Select "Save Changes to Order"
Important: Choosing "Save Changes to Order" will change the ShipTo address on the current order only. Saved Additional ShipTo Addresses will be retained for use in the future.
Important: Choosing the "Save Changes to Order and Client" will replace the current ShipTo Address on the order and the client profile. This option is typically used when a client moves and will no longer be using that ShipTo Address.
A ShipTo Address can also be added by searching for a client and then selecting the Edit Client icon (Silhouette of a person) in the upper right and then follow the above steps 3 thru 6.
Moving forward you will be able to choose between these different Ship-To Addresses for a customer.
This can be done by tapping on the ShipTo field on the order preview screen and choosing the desired address from the Select Shipping Address drop-down menu.
