With the RepZio iOS app, you can easily add and manage additional Ship-To addresses directly from your iPad.
Add a Ship-To Address from an Open Order
From the Order Preview screen within an open order, follow these steps:
Step 1
Tap the pencil icon in the Ship-To box
Step 2
Enter the Ship-To details
Step 3
Tap Save Changes to Order or Save Changes to Order and Client
- Save Changes to Order - Saves the changes for this order only
- Save Changes to Order and Client - Saves the changes to both the order and the client profile
Additionally, you can update the shipping address by tapping the the gear icon and selecting Edit Client in the dropdown menu.
🔹 Note: Editing the shipping address this way will update the main shipping address, not an individual Ship-To address.
Add a Ship-To Address from the Client Profile
Follow these steps to add a ship-to address via the client's profile page.
Step 1
Search for the client within RepZio
Step 2
Tap the Edit Client icon in the upper-right corner
Step 3
Enter the customer information and tap Save Changes

Follow these steps to add additional ship-to addresses via the client's profile page.
Step 1
Search for the client within RepZio

Tap the Edit Client icon in the upper-right corner

Scroll down and tap Add Shipping Address

Enter the customer details and tap Save Changes

Q. Why are my changes to the address not updating?
A. If you are not seeing the edits to the customer address within the app, after logging out + in, contact your brand's admin to make the changes in the backend.
