RepZio sends order receipts via email. If you aren't receiving your order receipts in your mail inbox here are a few things you can do to rectify the issue.
- Please check your spam/junk folders first.
- Whitelist all of these email addresses and IP Addresses in your email program or mail.
- donotreply@junipermarket.com
- mailservice@repzio.com
- orders@repzio.com
- donotreply@repzio.com
- 198.2.180.68
- 198.2.180.190
If not in your email program's junk or spam folder, your company Firewall may be blocking the email before it even gets to the recipient.
- In this case, you may need to contact your IT department and have them whitelist the above addresses if you cannot do it yourself.
