Welcome to Juniper.
Juniper is home to RepZio, JuniperMarket and ShopZio. As an admin for your brand, you'll have access* to manage your data in all areas that your brand subscribes to with Juniper.
*Settings available to you depend on the access levels granted within the admin portal. Certain settings may be enabled for some and not for others, granting those specific users with select admin access different than your own. To adjust access levels, reach out to your brand's main admin for assistance.
Aren't sure where to go to login? Unsure about your login credentials? Never fear, we are here (we have to remember a lot of passwords, too!)!
Let's break it down a little further.
→ WebManager (↩ clickable) will be your main admin portal to manage products, customers, images, sales reps, and more. If your brand only subscribes to RepZio, you'll stick to WebManager exclusively. Changes in WebManager will flow to the other platforms.
→ JuniperMarket Admin (↩ clickable) will be secondary admin to WebManager. On the JuniperMarket platform, you'll manage category mapping, company biography and imagery, social integrations, etc.
REMINDER: You must map your product categories to JuniperMarket categories. Failure to map your product categories to JuniperMarket categories will prevent products from showing on the marketplace.
→ ShopZio Admin (↩ clickable) will be secondary admin to WebManager. On the ShopZio platform, you'll manage your sales leads and site users, company biography, social integrations, etc.
