Products Quick Edit provides a grid-style interface that allows administrators to efficiently modify most product details directly within WebManager—excluding the ItemID, which is a fixed identifier.
🔹 Note: Once an ItemID has been created in the the system, it cannot be edited. Before uploading a data file or manually creating new products, ensure that the ItemID is accurate.
🔹 Note: Product categories cannot be edited within the grid view. To modify a product's category, click the ItemID hyperlink to access the Product Details, then click the Edit Options button.
Editing Product Details

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q: Why can’t I edit the ItemID in the grid view?
A: The ItemID is a unique product identifier used throughout the system and cannot be modified once it has been created. If an ItemID is entered incorrectly, the product must be deleted and re-added with the correct ID.
Q: What should I do if I see a Cloudflare message while saving changes?
A: This message may briefly appear when editing products that contain HTML content. It’s a normal security check and should disappear quickly, prompting you to Push Data Live. If it persists or interferes with saving, try editing through the Product Details screen instead.
Q: Do I need to Push Data Live every time I make changes?
A: Yes, saving changes within WebManager does not automatically update the live environment. Be sure to click Push Data Live after making edits to ensure they appear in the app or marketplace.
Q: Can I bulk-edit products using Products Quick Edit?
A: Products Quick Edit is ideal for quick, individual updates. For bulk changes, it’s recommended to use the Import Products Template, which allows you to update multiple products at once in a more structured format.
