โFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. What file types can I upload?
A. We recommend uploading .xls
files. Some .xlsx
files may cause errors unless converted.
Q. What if I need to upload multiple data sheets at once?
A. Each sheet must be uploaded separately. Batch uploading is not currently supported.
Q. How can I make sure my data is clean before uploading?
A. Use the provided templates and ensure there are no hidden formulas, blank rows, or duplicate headers. If you plan to use your own templates, you must map your data headers to our headers.
Q. What does "My Data Looks Good" mean?
A. It confirms that your data appears correct in the preview and you're ready to push it live.
Q. Why does my upload freeze or fail?
A. This could be due to a corrupt spreadsheet, incorrect file type, or internet connectivity issues. Click the refresh button or click Dashboard and then click Manage Data > Upload Data Sheets again.
Q. Can I undo a data upload?
A. Data uploads cannot be undone directly. To correct errors, modify your spreadsheet and upload again. Clean data is essential. Please review your data prior to uploading a data file to ensure accuracy and avoid errors and delays.
Q. Why is one column not uploading into the system?
A. Make sure the header name matches exactly what the system requires. For example, if your template uses โBase Priceโ (with a space), but the system expects โBasePriceโ (no space), it wonโt upload correctly. Adjust the header to match the exact format used in the system.
