When I am search using the binoculars, the products just highlight grey?!
Our Tech Team is actively investigating why the binoculars search is not allowing you to advance to review products. You can however add items to your cart and bookmark them as usual.
How do I enlarge a product image?
Once inside product details screen, to enlarge a product image, do the 2 finger pinch motion to enlarge the product image. Tapping back at the top right, will take you back to the product list view of the category, not the product details view.
How do I leave product line item note?
On the product details view, once you have incremented the product, “Add Notes” will appear above the quantity picker.
How do I confirm the quantity entered on product list view?! There is no enter button?!
Once you have entered the desired quantity, tap just above the keypad.
How do I delete an item from the cart?
To delete an item from the cart, tap the cart icon at the top right, then swipe the item to the right. You cannot increment and decrement the item count on this screen.
How do I customize a product using product modifiers?
Your brand may have setup product modifiers. Currently product modifiers do not work on the iPhone. Please work with your brand to determine an alternative way to add customized products to your orders. Consider using line item order notes, but ensure you have cleared this with your showroom or brand manager before doing this.
Where are the tags?
To access Tags setup by your RepZio WebManager, simply tap Browse to see Tags appear at the top of the categories screen.
To see Client specific tags, select a Client. Then within Categories, tags will be showcased. You can currently not create new Tags on the iPhone but you can Bookmark products for Clients.
How do I scan items with my scanner?
Once inside product list view, at the top right, tapping activates the Scan Items screen.
Bluetooth Scanner [Recommended]: Tap into the "Search Item ID" field, then using your bluetooth scanner, scan product barcodes accordingly. You will see the product appear, from there you can increase or decrease the quantity or add order notes as you normally would. You cannot adjust the price by tapping the price and entered the preferred price.
Camera Scanner: At the top right, tap the camera icon, using the camera, position the barcode in the center of the camera view. The camera scanner is sensitive so ensure the barcode is in the center and no other barcodes are in the camera view.
How do I adjust the view of the product list to have larger product images or adjust scroll direction?
Looking for this icon? We currently do not have a way to adjust the size of the product images and scroll direction of products in the list view for iPhone.
How do I add an additional ship to or bill to address?
You currently cannot add an additional ship to or bill to address to an order. You can only edit the one that is defaulted to the order.
Where are my Flipbooks?
You currently cannot access Flipbooks via the iPhone. If a PDF Flipbook is available, please have your WebManager upload to Send Files for you to access on iPhone (this will not included the product tagging).
Where is the Container view for order writing?
We currently do not have a container view for writing orders on the iPhone.
What about Order Options? How do I print, email, discount, upcharge, transfer or copy an order?
The order options is just as powerful as the iPad. On the order screen, at the top right, tap the gear icon. Here you have the ability to make different changes to the order, AirPrint, Email a Copy and other popular options for order writing.
