You can upload Send Files in WebManager β Send Files.

You can upload the following 14 file types:

π Create a Directory
A directory is a folder used to organise your files. While optional, directories are helpful for frontend users who need to navigate a large number of documents.
Example: A folder called Returns and Exchanges might include your return policy and exchange terms.
π‘ Tip: Directories make it easier for reps to find the right files. Once uploaded, files canβt be moved to a new directoryβyouβll need to re-upload if you want to relocate.
How to Create a Directory:
Log into WebManager
Click Send Files
Enter a Directory Name
Click Create Directory

Click the directory
Click Choose Files
Click Upload File
If not using a directory:
Click Choose Files

π« No special characters in file names (e.g., ; / ? # [ ] @ ! $ & ' ( ) * + , = { })
π¦ Max file size: 100 MB
β±οΈ It can take 15 min to 1 hour for files to appear on rep devices.
π Reps may need to log out and back in on the app to see updates.
πΉ Note: Characters such as underscores and dashes are generally considered safe in most contexts.

To rename a file:

To rename a directory:

To delete a directory:
Open the directory
Delete all files inside
Click Delete [Directory Name]

Q. Why are reps getting an error when opening a file?
A. If they see an error like:
- βOops, we had trouble viewing this file. Please try again later.β
- βServer Error in '/' Application. Value cannot be null. Parameter name: fileStreamβ
- "StartIndex cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: starIndex
Itβs likely due to invalid characters in the file name.
β Fix: Remove special characters from the file name and re-upload it.
