A Send File is a document, spreadsheet, or any other piece of information that you want your sales reps to email to their clients. Some common examples include: price lists, an “About Us” story, customer account application forms, PDF catalogs, warranty information, terms and conditions, and so on. There is no limit to how many send files you can upload into the WebManager.
Steps to Create a Directory
Prior to loading files to share, you may want to create directories. A directory is simply a folder where your files will live. For example, "Returns and Exchanges" might be your directory title and then you may include your return and exchange policies within the folder.

Directories are not required; however, if you plan to upload a significant amount of files, directories will help reps find files more easily. Once a file has been uploaded, it cannot be moved to a different location, but instead would need to be uploaded again if moving files.
Steps to Upload Send Files
Follow the below steps to upload your files within WebManager.
NOTE: File names should not contain any special characters (including but not limited to: ; / ? # [ ] @ ! $ & ' ( ) * + , ; = { }) and should be a maximum size of 100MB per file uploaded.

If using directories, first click on the directory and then click .
Step 2
Click to upload your file into the directory. It may take 15 minutes to an hour for your file(s) to appear on your sales rep’s devices. Rep's may also need to log out + in on the app to see updates.
Edit Send Files or Directories Names
- At this time, to edit the name of a send file, you will need to delete the send file and re-upload with the corrected name.
- At this time, to edit the name of a directory, you will need to delete the directory and then re-create with the corrected name.
Delete Send Files or Directories
To delete directories altogether, all files within the directory must first be deleted. Once you have opened the directory, click the . Once all files have been deleted click ('test' should be replaced with whatever your directory name is within the system).

Send files are available within the RepZio iOS app for both iPhone and iPad. Send files are not available in the web version of RepZio at app.repzio.com, on ShopZio, in the @Market App or Market Online, or on the B2B platforms.

To email files to customers, follow the steps below. Please note that an email must be properly setup within the device to email files.
Step 1
Tap to select the files you would like to send
Note: You may select multiple files from different folders or send separately - please also note that email systems often limit file size so if you are sending a large amount of files at one time, you may need to send in multiple emails versus all at once.
Step 2
Tap the button.
Step 3
Enter an email address of the recipient you are wishing to email and a subject for the email. You may also add other information to the body of the email if you wish.
