If you change the price level for a B2B customer who has an open cart, the price level of that cart will not be automatically updated.
Note: customer price levels can only be changed in the customer section in your RepZio webmanager portal.
You must follow the steps below to make sure that if there is an open cart for the customer, it gets updated with the correct price level.
- Verify that the customer price level in the B2B admin is correct (find and click on the company name in the "Site Users" section.
- This will open this customer's details page where you can verify the price level is correct.
- Check to see if they have an open cart. Go to the "Open Carts" section in the B2B Admin and search for an open cart for the customer you just changed the price level for.
- Once you find the correct customer, click on the "$" icon listed under the Action header for that customer to change to the correct price level and Apply
That's it! You have successfully updated the price level of an open cart. This and any subsequent orders for this customer will reflect the updated price level.
