ShopZio is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers and shoppers from across the world 🌍. The ShopZio platform allows a buyer to register once and then connect to any brand desired.
In order to access any of the brands on ShopZio you will first need to create a ShopZio account.
Steps to Create an Account
Follow the steps below to setup an account on the ShopZio platform.
Step 1
Create an account on ShopZio by clicking on the register button in the upper right-hand corner at shopzio.com.
Step 2
Complete all required sections, including personal and company information.
→ Helpful Tip: Make sure that all required fields are completed. If required fields are not completed, you may not be able to proceed or connect with brands.
→ Helpful Tip: The more information you include in the registration process the better. Brands will research and review your company information through social links and your website. If these fields are left blank, your access may not be approved to shop with certain brands.
Click create account when complete.
Step 3
Open your email and locate the verification email from shopzio@repzio.com. Verify your new account by clicking the verify my account button within the email sent to you from ShopZio.
→ Helpful Tip: The verification email's subject line is: "please verify your email address to finish creating your account". You must verify your account prior to being able to connect with brands. Check your spam and/or junk mailboxes if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Step 4
Log into shopzio.com with your email address and password used during registration. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking "login" and then "forgot your password".

Please note: Admins are unable to have buyer accounts on the ShopZio platform using the same email address. If you would like to create a buyer account, you must use a different email address.

Q. What do I do if I am unable to login but know my email address is correct?
A. When you first register on the ShopZio platform, a verification email is sent to the email address used to register. You must verify your account prior to being able to connect with brands.
→ Check your spam and/or junk mailboxes if you do not see the email in your inbox. You must verify your account before you will be able to login.
Q. I am on the "My Account" screen and have clicked the "Explore Brands" tab but the screen only flashes and goes back to "My Account". What do I do now?
A. This happens when your account profile is not properly setup. Check that all of the areas below have been completed to proceed:
- Industry and Business Type
- Valid Business #
- Contact, billing and shipping addresses are complete
- We often see that the state and/or province is missing! Double check that your billing and shipping addresses contain all information (address, city, state/province, and country)
- If any of this information is not complete, you will be unable to proceed until filled in
- Save changes and click the "Explore Brands" tab again. This should allow you to explore brands on the platform.

A. B2B stands for business to business. ShopZio is a wholesale marketplace for sellers to connect with buyers that will then re-sale merchandise in their local store or online website anywhere in the world.
