It's not possible for you to change a sales rep's email address because it is the unique identifier for the rep account.
There are two possibilities, however. If the new email address does NOT already exist in the RepZio system we can convert the old account to the new address. This also will preserve sales history associated with the old account.
Important: The rep MUST know you are doing this as it will impact any other lines being visible to them and it's not a reversible change.
The other possible way to change their account email is to recreate their account with the new email address and remove their old account.
This does not automatically transfer sales history to the new address, but if they have the same rep number also that should still be visible
Let us know if you need us to convert to a new address that doesn't exist.
Verify that the rep knows this is happening.
Or recreate a new account for them with the new address.
