The Web App is designed for use on a browser, with Chrome recommended for the best experience. It serves as a backup for the RepZio iOS App or as a primary tool for non-iOS users.

Understanding Your License Type
A basic license is required to log into the Web App; however, to submit orders, reps must have a standard license. Contact your brand admin to confirm your license type.
How to Use the Web App
Your access level will determine what you are able to do in the Web App. The details below will go through all areas of the Web App.
Browse Products
To browse products, you will first need to ensure you have at least one client assigned to you.

Log into the Web App with your credentials

Select the brand you want to review
Step 3
Click Clients and choose a client from the dropdown menu.
- If no clients are assigned, contact your brand admin for assistance.

Click Browse Products

Select a category and/or subcategory to view products
Submit an Order
To submit an order, you must have a standard license. Contact your brand admin if you are unable to submit an order.

Fill in the required fields on the Checkout Summary page

Enter a credit card (this step may be optional depending upon the brand's settings)

Managing Orders
The Orders section will allow you to review unsubmitted orders and recent orders for clients.
Unsubmitted Orders
Unsubmitted orders can originate from the RepZio iOS App or ShopZio, depending on your company’s subscriptions. The source is listed under the Type header.

"Accept" = Order started in the RepZio iOS App.

"ShopZio" = Order started in ShopZio.
Click any order to view its details and make adjustments.
Recent Orders
The Recent Orders section displays your 100 most recent orders. The top-right corner provides key stats, including:

Total Sales
You can sort the list by any column header or click an order for detailed product information. You also have the option to print or save an order as a PDF.

A: Yes, non-iOS users can access the Web App at app.repzio.com.
Q: Are flipbooks available on the Web App?
A: No, flipbooks are not currently supported.

A: No, send files are not available on the Web App.
Q: Can I create tear sheets on the Web App?
A: Yes, but only for individual items. To create tear sheets for multiple items, use the RepZio iOS App.
