What do you need to use the web app? The web app is designed to be used on a browser such as Chrome, preferred, and is intended only as a backup for the RepZio App or for non-iOS users. Your access level is dependent upon your sales rep license type. Reach out to your brand(s) admin(s) first to determine your sales rep license type.
A brief description is listed below so that you can better understand what you can or cannot do on the Web App. Please note: there is no indication within the Web App or RepZio App as to what is your license type. However, you can easily determine this when logged into either.
License Types
- Standard License - a standard license is required to submit orders.
- Reps with a standard license can use both the RepZio and Web App
- Basic License - a basic license entitles users to use the Web App only and browse products. You may also be able to view customers and their orders dependent upon if any are assigned to your account.
- Reps with a basic license may not use the RepZio iOS application. If you attempt to log into the RepZio iOS app with a basic license, you will see a blank, white screen upon login.
- None - By default, when a rep is deactivated and then reactivated, a rep license will be set to none until an admin has updated.
- Reps with a license type set to "none" will be unable to use either app.
Web App Login URL
Please note: For the best user experience, we encourage you to download the RepZio software on your iPad device and ensure you are operating the most current version of iOS. If you are not an iOS user, you can still utilize the RepZio software via our web-app at app.repzio.com.
Browse Products
Follow the below steps to browse products on the Web App.
- Log into the Web App with your credentials
- Select the brand for which you would like to review products
- Click Clients and select a client in the dropdown menu
- If you do not have any clients assigned, you will need to reach out to your brand(s) admin(s) as you will need a client to view products.
- Click Browse Products
- Select the category and/or subcategory that you want to review products
Submit Orders
To submit orders within the Web App, follow the steps below. Please note: To submit orders via either the RepZio iOS App or Web App is dependent upon your license type. Reach out to your brand(s) admin(s) if you do not have access to submit orders.
- Log into the Web App with your credentials
- Select the brand for which you would like to create an order
- Click Clients and select a client in the dropdown menu
- If you do not have any clients assigned, you will need to reach out to your brand(s) admin(s) as you will need a client(s) to submit orders.
- Click Browse Products
- Select the category and/or subcategory
- Click "Add to Order" on an item or click on the item to open the product details page and update quantities or review more details about the product
- Click the shopping cart in the upper right-hand corner
- Click Review Order
- Complete all information on the Checkout Summary
- Click Save
- Enter a credit card (optional)
- Click Place Order
Unsubmitted Orders
The "Orders" option in the header allows you to view any unsubmitted orders as well as any orders that were recently placed. This is a quick and easy way to jump between any of your unsubmitted orders.
Within the "Unsubmitted Order" section under "Orders", you will be presented with any unsubmitted orders for your Clients. These orders can originate from any of our product offerings like the sales rep RepZio iOS App or ShopZio depending on which of our services your company subscribes to.
This classification can be seen listed under the "Type" header. Currently, the only type that is shown is "Accept", this shows that the order was started in the sales rep RepZio iOS App. A ShopZio order would by default be named "ShopZio".
You can view any unsubmitted orders at a glance in this list view, or you can click on any of the orders to view the individual products placed on the order.
Recent Orders
Within the "Recent Orders" section under "Orders", you will be presented with your most recently submitted orders. This list will grow to show you, your most recent 100 orders. At the top right of your list of orders, you will be presented with a few quick stats: Number of Orders, Average Order, and Total.
You can sort the list by any of the headers and you can click on any of the orders to show you a detailed view of the products on the order. From this page, you have the ability to print the order and save it as a pdf as well.

Q. I do not have an Apple iOS device, will I be able to use the RepZio or Web App.
A. Non-iOS users can use the Web App only by logging into app.repzio.com. Your access level is dependent upon the license type assigned to you. If you do not know your license type, you can reach out to your brand(s) admin(s). Review the license types above as you may be able to determine your license type.
Q. Are flipbooks available on the Web App?
A. No, flipbooks are not currently available on the Web App.
Q. Are send files available on the Web App?
A. No, send files are not currently available on the Web App.
Q. Can I send tearsheets on the Web App?
A. Yes, you can create tearsheets for individual items on the Web App. To create tearsheets for multiple items, log into the RepZio app.
