To update an email/login for B2B- you will need to follow the below steps:
- Find customer # of the existing account
- Fill out the site user template with the customer # and all contact info for the customer
- Add the NEW email to this template
- Upload to WebManager
- Make sure the template ONLY has the 1 customer you are altering.
- Blank template is attached here.
- Login to B2B admin portal & make old email login inactive by going to Site Users > Finding Customer & Revoking access.
