You can restore your customer’s site access by following a few steps. You will first need to log into your ShopZio Admin portal to get to your Dashboard:
- Click on “Declined” to see all declined/deleted site users
- In the search bar, start typing in the name of the customer/site user you’re looking to restore (it will autofill)
- Click on the green “+” icon on the far-right side of your screen to restore the desired customer/site user
- Check your leads list where you will find the newly restored customer/site user:
