Please note, if an order is automatically sent to your ERP or CRM software upon submission, you will want to do the modifications in that ERP or CRM software. You cannot edit JuniperMarket orders in WebManager. If WebManager is where your organization is doing final order management, then please proceed with the following tutorial.
You can easily edit a submitted order in WebManager, if you have Administrator permissions. To do so, you will need to first log into your WebManager Admin portal, then navigate to Orders > View Orders.
Once you've selected the order you want to edit by clicking on the OrderID (opens the order in the current tab), or the new tab icon next to the OrderID (opens the order in a new tab):
You can either:
1. Add items to your order
Or
2. Delete any unwanted items from the order
