When you need to reset your RepZio password and are unable to in the sales app on your iPad you can open a browser on your iPad or computer and go to http://app.repzio.com/ to reset it from the Web app. Please make note of step 6 below.
1. Once you tap the link or have navigated to http://app.repzio.com/ you will see a log-in screen, Tap Forgot Password.
2. You will then be brought to a screen where you will enter your email and Tap Reset.
3. Look in your email for the reset email. Open it and tap on the “Reset” button.
4. This will open the Reset Password screen. Enter your username and your new password twice then tap Reset Password.
5. After this you will be taken to the log-in screen. Log-in with your new password.
6. If for any reason the log-on page does not load after setting your new password don't panic. Simply close the browser, then open a new one and type in app.repzio.com or open your Repzio app on your iPad and log-in with your new password.
