As a sales rep, it is important to be able to check on customers, and orders, follow up with leads, and see updates from the manufacturer you work with through email. First, open your iPad and go to the settings icon (the gear icon).
Next, once you are in settings, scroll down until you see the mail icon (this should be below “Passwords”). Click on the “Mail” icon and then there is an option to select “Accounts”, click on that.
You will then see an “Add Account” button after clicking on “Accounts”.
After you have clicked on the “Add Account” button, select your email provider. This could be iCloud, Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo!, AOL., or any other email source. Use your login credentials for your email provider and make sure to save changes.
Once you have selected your email provider, go back out to the home screen of the iPad and find the “Mail” (email) app.
Finally, you should see your changes saved, and your emails are now on your iPad! You can now return to the RepZio app and begin sending out orders.

To adjust notifications for your email. You can go back into settings → click on notifications → then scroll until you find the “Mail” option.
Finally, make sure to allow notifications and adjust them based on your preferences. We would recommend having the lock screen and notification alerts turned on. Finally, you can adjust the sound your email notification makes, so moving forward once you get an email the same sound will come on to notify you.
