Update your Software
Operating the most current software of both iOS and RepZio is vital to having the best user experience.
Update iOS Software
- Open the Settings App
- Tap General
- Tap Software Update
- Tap Update Now
- Your iPad will require you to enter your passcode for the device
Note: Depending upon the age of your device, you may not be able to update to the most current version of iOS. Versions prior to 12 are no longer supported.
Update RepZio Software
- Open the App Store
- Tap your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Scroll down to where you see Updates (this may say Upcoming Automatic Updates, etc. depending on your settings)
- Tap Update or Update All (this will update all apps on your device)
- Tap Done in the upper right-hand corner to close the pop-up. Then, you can close out of the app store and log into the RepZio app.
Restart Your Device
While this may seem so simple, restarting your device may give it just the fresh facelift it needs—without the expensive doctor visit.

Perform a Force Restart on Your Device
If your device is sluggish or is not responding, try performing a force restart. Note: A force restart is different than simply restarting your device. Instructions on how to complete a force restart vary dependent upon the model you are using.

Check Your Storage Space

Bluetooth Keyboard
Bluetooth keyboards cause the app to crash when browsing categories. You will need to disconnect the bluetooth keyboard at this time.
Reinstall the RepZio App **This option should be used as a last resort.**
