This article is intended to help sales reps and manufacturers find orders that do not appear or seem to be lost for sales reps. There are a few places that we can check to recover a lost order or an order that has not been submitted yet. Please keep in mind that there is not much our team can do if an order was not saved or submitted.
What next steps to take to recover lost orders
If you ever go to your iPad and your orders are not there, a few things might have happened. A refresh of data took those orders away, your iPad performed an update on the RepZio app, and it did not save your unsubmitted orders, or by some mistake you forgot to save your orders within the app on a good internet connection.
You can look to see if orders are saved for a certain customer by going to the Recent Tab on the mobile app.
You can also go to Clients → Select the client you want to view orders for → and select Order List.
If you do not see your orders in either of those areas, this is where your WebManager Admin can search for orders that have not been submitted yet or that may be lost:
- Open WebManager and go to Orders
- Next, select Real Time Orders
- From there, they can search for the order that may be missing from your iPad. Once they find the order, they can hit the 'Email Rep' button which will resend that order to you, the sales rep. They can add a message as well with any additional information for that order.
