Q. Can I use the same login across all platforms?
A. In most cases, yes—you can use a single set of credentials to access various platforms. However, please note that systems managed by third-party vendors may require separate login information and you must be granted to access to other platforms (e.g., B2B Direct, ShopZio, etc.).
Q. What qualifies as a strong password?
A. A strong password helps keep your account secure and should include the following elements:
- ✅ A minimum of 8 characters
- 🔢 At least one numeric character
- 🔠 At least one uppercase letter
- 🔡 At least one lowercase letter
- 💥 At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $)
⚠️ Important: Never share your password via email or with other users. Report suspicious activity to ANDMORE Support immediately.
Q. Why can’t I see all settings in WebManager?
A. The settings you’re able to view and manage depend on your user permissions. Some administrative features are restricted to users with admin-level access. If you believe you need additional permissions, please reach out to your brand’s primary administrator.
Q. As an Admin, do I have access to RepZio?
A. To have access to RepZio, you must setup a sales rep with a standard license.
