To access all templates:

1. Log into WebManager

2. Click Manage Data

3. Click Download Data Templates

This will download a .zip file to your computer. Double-click the DataTemplatesANDMORE.zip file to view the templates, which are organized into three subfolders:

Useful for enhancing your product and customer data.

• Import Inventory – Update inventory levels/status

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

Q. Are the ANDMORE templates required?
A. Most of them are not strictly required. Many areas of operation can be done directly within WebManager. However, if you don’t use our templates, you’ll be asked to manually map each of your columns to match the system’s required format. Using our templates avoids this step and reduces errors.

Q. Can I delete columns I’m not using from the template?
A. Yes! You may delete any entire column you're not using to make the file easier to manage. For example, if you're only using Base Price and Price Level 1, you can remove Price Level 2–20.
⚠️  Important: Do not delete just the cell contents—remove the whole column. Leaving empty cells may cause the system to erase existing data.

Q. What columns should never be removed?
A. Certain columns are required for successful imports. These include:

• ItemID on the Products Template

• Customer Number on the Customers Template

• IsDeleted on all templates
