Ensure sales reps are in Showroom Mode

Confirm they have the latest version of the RepZio app installed

Add a 10-digit phone number ๐ย to the Sales Rep Phone Number and/or Cell Phone Number fields in WebManager > Sales Reps > View / Edit Sales Reps

To ensure SMS delivery, encourage reps to save 561-250-0584 to their contacts in case of any text message blocking

If youโre using Territory Management, any badges scanned will be automatically associated with the correct sales rep for that territory.

Q. When will badge scanning be available?
A. Badge scanning will be enabled approximately 3 days before the start of the Atlanta and Las Vegas Markets. It will also be available 3 days before High Point Market for brands that opt in. The feature will be disabled approximately 3 days after each market concludes.ย

Q. What devices support badge scanning?
A. Badge scanning is supported on iOS devices with a functioning camera and the latest RepZio app installed.ย

Q. Do reps need an internet connection to use badge scanning?
A. Yes, an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) is required for badge scanning to function properly.

Q. How will reps know when a badge scan is successful?
A. Once a badge is scanned successfully, reps will see a confirmation message and be directed to the customerโs profile or order page.

Q. What if the badge wonโt scan?
A. Double-check that the badge is in good condition, the device camera is clean, and lighting is sufficient. If issues persist, reps can enter the badge number manually.
