Head to WebManager > Showroom Activity

Select the Badge Scan Showroom Activity or the Markets App Buyer Showroom Activity tab

Use the dropdown to select your desired Market ποΈ

Toggle between the two activity tabs to explore showroom engagement metrics

Enter the email address with where to send a copy of badge scans

Q. Do I need to use both RepZio and the ANDMORE Markets App to see data?
A. No. Youβll see data based on whichever platform is actively being used during Market.
Q. Can I download the data?
A. Yes! The Badge Scan activity table can be exported as an XLSX file via the export icon.
Q. Why donβt I see any data?
A. Make sure your reps are scanning badges with the RepZio iOS App and/or buyers are engaging with your showroom through the ANDMORE Markets App.
Q. Can a buyer appear more than once in the visit count?
A. Yes. The Total Visits count includes multiple scans by the same buyer, while Unique Visits only counts them once.
Q. Are the headers displayed in Showroom Activity the same as the export?
A. No, the export file contains more fields than what's shown in Showroom Activity. However, both Showroom Activity and the export reflect the original information provided by the buyer during registration.
Q: What do the headers in the export file mean?
A: The data in the export reflects the original information provided by the buyer upon registering.
