The Default Install Location if you leave the path empty when installing will be C:\DataSynq on a windows machine.
STEP 5: Finding Your Client ID and Secret Key
Now you will need to find your Client ID and Secret Key. Open WebManager and login to your account. Once in WebManager, navigate in the left-side menu down to "DataSynq Agent" and click on that menu option.

STEP 11: Start the DataSynq Service
Find "DataSynq Service" in the list of services and click on it. Then click on the "start" link on the left side. Once the service is started you should see "Running" listed in the Status column. This will create the DataSynq directory based on the Folder Path you chose during the installation.
STEP 12: Validate DataSynq Directory
Open File Explorer and navigate to the Folder Path you chose during the installation. You should see the DataSynq folder in that location. The DataSynq Service is now installed.
STEP 13: Change Directory in the RepZio Data Utility
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure to open the Data Utility Tool while signed in as the user it was installed under. Otherwise, the settings in your utility will be wiped. If you have any questions, please reach out to support for this.
If you utilize our RepZio Data Utility, you will need to update the folder path in it as well. Navigate to the computer that the RepZio Data Utility is currently running on to export to your Dropbox.
Once on that computer while signed into the user it was installed under, open the RepZio Data Utility. On the "Export to RepZio" tab, you should see the Dropbox location that your files have been importing from.
Click the "Browse" button on the right side. In the "Browse for Folder" pop up window, navigate to the DataSynq > Company Name > imports folder that was created by the DataSynq Service and select it (default location is on the C: Drive). Then click OK.
If you are already running your exports to Dropbox through the RepZio Data Utility, it should already still be scheduled under the Task Scheduler and should now process automatically using our DataSynq method. If you are NOT using our RepZio Data Utility, you'll need to change wherever your files are currently being generated from and point them to this imports folder. Please note the system WILL NOT IMPORT your files if they are named differently than the requirements outlined on the page linked in Step 1.
STEP 14: Notify Customer Support
Once steps 1-13 have been completed, please let Customer Support know so that we can remove you from the Legacy Processing on our end. You can contact Customer Support via email at support@andmore.com.
STEP 15: Validate Working Imports
Once our Support team confirms that you have been removed for Legacy Processing, you can validate that the DataSynq Imports are setup correctly by dropping your imports into the imports folder, letting the files get picked up by DataSynq. Once the files have been picked up, open WebManager and login to your account. Once in WebManager, navigate in the left-side menu down to "Manage Data" and click on that menu option, then click "View Uploaded Files". You should see the files you uploaded and processed in the "processed" folder. https://manage.repzio.com/data/viewdatafiles
