âś… How to Submit an Order
Step 1
Log in to the RepZio iOS App on your iPad.
Step 2
Select the manufacturer you’re ordering from.
Step 3
Tap Clients, then select the appropriate customer.
Alternatively, tap Browse to view products without pricing—you can assign a customer once you start a cart.
Step 4
Tap a category to begin browsing.
Step 5
đź›’ Add or remove products from your cart:
Tap âž• to add items
Tap âž– to remove items
Tap the quantity field to enter a specific number using the keypad
🔹 Note: Some brands require minimums or multiples per item.
Step 6
Tap the shopping cart icon 🛍️ to review your order:
Swipe left and tap Delete to remove an item
Tap an item to edit quantity or notes
Step 7
Fill in all required order information:
PO Number
Ship Via / Ship Date / Cancel Date
Any applicable notes
🚫 Never enter credit card numbers in the Order Notes—any credit cards entered into notes or any sequence or serious of numbers that appear to be a credit card are automatically wiped for security reasons as this is not PCI Compliant.
→ 💳 If a credit card is needed and you don’t see the Capture Credit Card option, contact your brand admin.
→ 📦 Double-check that billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and email are valid and complete.
Step 8
Tap Submit Order.
Step 9
Tap Yes to finalise, or No to go back and review.
Step 10
Tap OK to confirm the order was submitted successfully. 🎉
🔹 Note: Each order can contain a maximum of 500 items. If your order exceeds this, please remove items until you're within the limit.

đź’¬ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)
Q. Can I create multiple orders for one client in the same session?
A. Yes, simply submit one order, then begin a new cart from the same client profile.
Q. I don’t see pricing—what should I do?
A. To view pricing, you must select a client first or if browsing products in Browse, tap the gear icon in the upper right corner and select a price level. If pricing does not appear, contact your brand admin.
Q. I submitted an order but didn’t get a confirmation—was it successful?
A. If you didn’t see the “Order Submitted Successfully” message, check your internet connection and confirm the order didn’t remain in Drafts or Carts.
Q. Can I edit an order after submitting it?
A. No, once submitted, orders cannot be edited. Please contact the brand admin to request changes.
Q. I entered notes in the Order Notes section but they were deleted. Can they be recovered?
A. Any notes entered into the system that appear to be a credit card, series of numbers or sequence of numbers that resemble to be a credit card number will be wiped automatically and are unable to be recovered. Please do not enter notes in the Order Notes section that may resemble anything similar to a credit card number.
